The Distillery
Design, construction, and inauguration of The Graine Ledger Distillery. The American Genesis Collection will require a facility that can output 556,500 gallons over two years, using the latest in distilling technology.
The Farm
Acquiring land and developing eco-friendly cultivation of our own grain, vegetables, fruits, and herbs. The farm will be tuned for quality over yield to develop our top-shelf whiskey collections.
The American Connoisseur Collection
Allowing whiskey lovers to craft their own whiskey with granular control over the process. Customization will be comprehensive, with all grain sourced from our farm.
